1. How To Cancel My Order?
You have 24 hours from the time your order is placed to cancel it at any time. The original payment method you used will receive a refund. It could not show up in your bank account for a few days. After 24 hours, your order may have completed the processing phase and been shipped. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel the order. If the order has been shipped, we will notify you again, and instruct you to proceed with returning the order.
2. How To Return My Order?
To obtain return instructions, please get in touch with us ahead of time with your problem. We allow to returning all orders within 30 days. There will be two instances:
First off, we will pay for the return delivery of the item to you if it is damaged because of the manufacturer or the shipping process.
Secondly, if you decide that you no longer wish to purchase the product, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs; we will provide you with the return address.
We do not impose a restocking fee in either cases.
3. How long does it take to get a refund?
We will give you a refund as soon as we receive and review the returned item. Your money could take up to 15 business days for your bank account to receive your refund.
NOTE: It is highly advised that you do not contact PayPal or your bank to cancel your order. In order to resolve a dispute, money may be withheld for a maximum of 45 days. Please get in touch with us to discuss any issues you may be having with your order so we can work out a solution.
4.How to modify my order?
If you want to change the order detail or shipping, you will have a 24-hour window after placing your order to make any necessary modifications. To do so, please get in touch with us at support@vinmerch.com. Your order will go into production after this time, and you will lose the ability to change or cancel.
5. How long does it take to receive my order?
The total time from placing your order to having the package arrive at your doorstep is currently estimated to be within 6 – 9 business days. For modification orders, the handling time time is expanded 2-3 business days.
6. Why does it take so much time?
Most of my orders are usually delivered within 2 weeks. Howevr, we want to clarify that our shipping times are longer due to a necessary quality check for high-value personalized products and the use of a transit warehouse to ensure secure delivery.
Our commitment to quality is why we take these extra steps. We are actively working to reduce shipping times while maintaining our high standards.

7. Where’s my package?
Once the order is shipped (after 1-2 business days handling time), you will receive an email notification with the tracking information and a direct link to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
8. How to find a missing package that shows as “Delivered”?
- Check all potential delivery locations at your address like around your property, mailroom,… Or check with everyone in the household. Someone else may have received or retrieved the package.
- Allow an extra business day for the package to arrive: The reason may be shipping carrier need to push a certain number of deliveries a day and to save on time, they may prematurely mark the delivery as complete.
- Contact your local post office for further information.
9. What do I do if a part of my order is missing?
Occasionally, your order may not be in stock at the same warehouse, requiring the goods to be shipped from two distinct warehouses. As a result, your order will come in several deliveries. Occasionally, this leads to varying delivery schedules. Don’t worry, send us a message if you have any inquiries concerning this matter.
10. Why my package was returned to sender?
Items will be returned to the specified return address if delivery is not possible for any reason.
For the reasons outlined below, items are regularly returned to the sender:
Either the address is wrong or nonexistent.
The recipient has relocated and has not given a forwarding address.
The recipient declines the item
During transit, the package sustained damage.
